30 Min Stretch & Mobility Workout

Join Coach Tilda for a 30 minutes stretch and mobility workout. The class is open for all fitness levels and ability and can easily be modified for any disabilities. We will stretch out our whole body to loosen up our muscles and joints. All you need is a chair and happy smile!
