Rent a Space

1. Learn about our spaces and pricing 

2. Check Availability

Complete the Online Inquiry Form. Our team will respond within 72 hours. After you receive our response, complete steps 3 and 4.

3. Review and Complete an Application and a Credit Card Authorization Form

4. Submit Your Application and Payment

Send your application and payment information to rentals@walnut-creek.org or by fax to (925) 938-7529.

You may also submit your application and payment information in-person at Heather Farm Community Center (301 N San Carlos Drive, Walnut Creek, CA 94598, Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm).

Once we receive your application and payment, the Facility Rental team will contact you to provide you with a rental quote to review and confirm prior to issuing you a formal contract. Your date and venue are not secure until you have signed a formal rental contract. Thank you for your inquiry!
