Zumba Fitness fuses hypnotic Latin/International rhythms and dance moves to create an exhilarating and dynamic fun-filled interval training and toning hour. Zumba is known as the exercise in disguise. Beginners welcome as the steps are very basic and easy to follow. Instructor: Janice Litvin
