Low impact exercise for men and women. Enhance flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and balance. Muscle toning with light weights. Bring a pair of 1 to 3 lb. hand weights and come exercise to your favorite oldies hits. Instructor: Carolynne Levers
