Walnut Creek Recreation, in partnership with Front Porch (formally Covia), is proud to bring back Market days once a month, on the second Tuesday of each month. Produce comes from local farmers. Any leftover produce that is not sold is donated to local nonprofits.
Volunteers are needed at the market. Three shifts are available: Entire Market (4-5 hours), Opening Shift (1-2 hours) or Closing Shift (1-2 hours). Contact Preston Jones (925) 256-3531 or at jonesp@walnut-creek.org for more information or to be put on the volunteer list.
