For organizations, businesses, and families/groups who are interested in participating in the 2023 Walnut Creek Arts + Recreation Trunk or Treat as Makers Market Vendors in the park. Walnut Creek Arts + Recreation Annual Trunk-or-Treat event, is a free event for the community and is a favorite among many. On Friday, Oct. 27, 2023 from 3:00pm - 6:00pm, Walnut Creek Arts + Recreation will welcome 5,000+ community members to our event and we’re looking for you—local businesses, artisans, kid vendors, etc.—to serve as Vendors in our Makers Market at Civic Park. For three hours, you and your staff will have the opportunity to sell and handout information or expose your products to 5,000+ community members that come to our event!
Registration Fee? $100 / Application
All registration fee's will go towards Recreation Scholarships. Walnut Creek Recreation strives to provide programs to all. Your registration fee will go directly to children, seniors and families who face economic barriers to participate in recreation programs that encourage healthy lifestyles, promote self-confidence and teach life-long lessons. Scholarships cover a portion of the program fees. Scholarship amounts vary based on the household annual income and size.
What’s included/involved in a Maker Market Vendor?
• One parking spot in a near by parking garage
• You’re responsible for providing a raffle prize. Each raffle prize will be announced and given away during the event.
• We encourage you to share brochures, flyers, etc. to promote your organization.
What promotional perks do Maker Market Vendors receive?
• Opportunity to interact with 5,000+ community members.
