Trust in Education The Book of Moron OCT 2023 LES Main Event

HE’S BACK!!!

Robert Dubac returns to the Lesher Theater after performing his hysterical play, “The Male Intellect-An Oxymoron to a sold-out audience last September. He’ll be performing his newest Off-Broadway hit, THE BOOK OF MORON. It has been described as one of the most “Hilarious” “Intelligent” and “Scorching” satirical attacks on idiocracy since Mark Twain. And “idiocracy” isn’t even a word. How dumb is that? Has your funny bone been confiscated by the “idiocracy” of “uh-merica”?  Are you tired of adolescent comedy generated by mediocre TV? Yearning for some scathing satire? Then buckle up for a fast-paced joy ride over the pot-holed highways of cultural hypocrisy with Robert Dubac’s satirical bulls-eye, THE BOOK OF MORON!  Funny has never been this smart!

This is a benefit performance for Trust In Education, a non-profit people to people grassroots organization, based in Lafayette, that has been providing aid to Afghan children and families in Afghanistan since 2003. Visit www.trustineducation.org and watch this video for a summary of its work.

Running Time: approx. 90 minutes, with no intermission
