Sleeping Beauty's Wedding

The romantic wedding scene from the enchanting ballet Sleeping Beauty comes to life this February. The glorious 3rd act celebrates the royal wedding with Jewel Fairies: Diamond, Gold, Silver and Sapphire, and the Lilac Fairy. Fairytale characters including Puss in Boots and The White Cat, Princess Florine and the Bluebird and Littie Red Riding Hood dance for the happy couple in a joyous finale. Featuring the whole company and students from Diablo Ballet School.

Award-winning choreographer Penny Saunders has been commissioned to create a ballet dedicated to one of the Ballet’s beloved and treasured friends Mari Cyphers, who passed away in 2022.

Confetti

Music: Gioarcchino Rossini
Choreography: Gerald Arpino

An encore performance of Confetti which the company premiered March 2023. This energetic, virtuoso ballet for three couples and their festive tambourines was first performed in February 1970.
