REGISTER BY 8/24 FOR EARLY BIRD RATE OF $15 OFF: $105 for Travel Club Members Near the Sierra foothill town of Placerville, just off the beaten path between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe are the Apple Hill Growers.

Upon arrival, we will have a coffee and apple fritter before touring a few farms, driving the winding country roads offering beautiful scenery across the hillsides.

Established in 1960, High Hill Ranch is known for serving up a wide variety of homemade apple pies, fresh baked apple donuts and savory apple fritters. Here we will have lunch, enjoy the farm and have time to shop Apple Hill’s largest craft fair showcasing over 60 artists making handmade arts and crafts. Tour Difficulty: Level 2. Moderate walking required from bus parking through the various farms with uneven walking surfaces.
