HOLIDAY EDITION-Yoga & Sound Healing with Janine Ellis (1182 X 500)

Join us for a heart-centered, gentle yoga practice for all levels combined with the ethereal sound healing of over 20 harmonious instruments amidst Bedford Gallery’s exhibition Drawn to Abstraction: Prints from the 1960s and 70s. This special session invites you to bask in the warmth and joy of the holiday season, reconnect with the light within, and embrace the magic of this time. The soothing sounds of the season offer a mindful gift, enhancing your sense of peace, joy, and wonder. Led by Janine Ellis, who has guided yoga, meditation, and sound healing for over 35 years, this experience will uplift your heart and nourish your spirit as we celebrate the season together.

Space is limited! Reserve your tickets for this unique experience by Friday, December 6 at 11:59 pm. Open to ages 16 and up. No walk-ins allowed if the event is sold out.
