Yoga Fundraiser

To Benefit Community Arts Preschool

Please join us for a Family Yoga Class with Miss Katie and Miss Lauren! Dance, stretch, breath, and play with your children as they show you all they have learned in their yoga classes this year. Katie Berndt and Lauren Gavin are both 200-hour registered yoga instructors and also certified Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) instructors. Their classes provide a fun, age-appropriate method of teaching children yoga poses, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques to improve coordination, balance, concentration, and self-esteem.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring yoga mats for each participant.

Pay what you can - $20 suggested donation per family. All proceeds will benefit Community Arts Preschool programs.

Please stay for lunch and playtime after class. Bring your lunch and blankets to spread out and eat picnic style in the auditorium or outdoors. We look forward to seeing you there!
