Refunds
If you want to withdraw, call us within 30 days of your enrollment for a full refund. We process refunds within three weeks.
We do not give refunds after the first 30 days of enrollment in the Transportation Program.
Transfers
You can transfer your transportation membership to another plan. For example, we will consider your request to transfer your Lyft Self Access Pass fees to the Lyft Concierge Pass. There is a $12 transfer fee. Call us within 30 days of enrollment and we will consider your request.
Quality Assurance
If you are not happy with the quality of the transportation service, call us right away. Tell what was wrong so we can make it right.
Payment Policies
Payment is due at registration. We accept cash, credit card or check. Make checks payable to the City of Walnut Creek or to the group stated in the program description.
